This site lists names and contact information of governors, congress(wo)men, and senators and you can download their contact information in a vCard (.vcf) format to import into Microsoft Outlook and any other PDF using that format.

Write, phone, e-mail or buttonhole him/her (when they actually get back to your region) to give them input about your ideas, concerns, and interests.
We can no longer allow unsupervised elected officials to run rampant with our money, morals and integrity!
We must no longer simply talk about the poor job our legislators are doing. Instead, we must address them directly and challenge them to listen to us, stand up and require them to answer for any areas in which they lack integrity.
